Please Air These PSAs to Help More Ailing Kids Receive Their Very Own “Songs of Love!”

When children are experiencing serious illness, emotional or physical challenges, they hope to find ways that they can experience joy in the here and now while they are waiting for their bodies to hopefully heal. The Songs of Love Foundation provides that source of happiness in the form of their very own personalized “songs of love”.

The Songs of Love Foundation is a national nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that creates uplifting, personalized songs for children and teens struggling with a life-threatening illness or lifetime disability–free of charge. Each “song of love” is professionally produced with lyrics containing the child’s name and references to all of his or her favorite activities, things, people, and pets. Songs are written and performed in the musical style that the child likes best (pop, r&b, rap, rock, alternative, etc.), by a variety of talented professionals. The organization is named after a song called “Songs of Love” that Julio, my twin brother wrote, just 2 months before he died on April 12, 1984.

The “songs of love” have often been the only catalysts that have brought about huge smiles when so often nothing else could.

We are looking to take the message right to the parents and relatives so they can request FREE “songs of love” for any of their kids who would qualify. Each song is delivered loaded onto our Songs of Love 8 GB USB drive….all for FREE.

The Songs of Love Foundation has the capacity to reach 4,000 children a year with our Medicine of Music™. We need your help as we are looking for ways to step up our outreach campaign. Over 100 active singer/songwriters are standing by!
