UHCCF Grins2: Give One Smile. Get Two in Return this Holiday Season.
When the UnitedHealthcare Children’s Foundation (UHCCF) launched, the mission was simple – offer timely financial support to families, like UHCCF Grant Recipient Evelyn’s, so they can focus on what is most important – improving the quality of life of their child. UHCCF grants help with medical expenses not covered, or not fully covered, by their commercial health insurance.
At UHCCF, donating gifts is always twice as nice with the Grins2 program. Just purchase any of our UHCCF items and donate them to one of the participating children’s hospitals across the country.
Your gift(s) will brin joy to not just ONE but TWO children! While one child in a hospital receives a healthy dose of laughter and inspiration from your Grins2 gift, your contribution will also help a second child receive the medical treatment they need through a UHCCF medical grant.
UHCCF is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that provides medical grants to help children gain access to health-related services not covered, or not fully covered, by their family’s commercial health insurance plan. Families can receive up to $5,000 annually per child ($10,000 lifetime maximum per child), and do not need to have insurance through UnitedHealthcare to be eligible. Since 2007, UHCCF has awarded over 27,350 medical grants, totaling over $57.5 million.
