Illinois Physicians Say Keep Healthy in 2024!

Dear PSA Director:

Winter in Illinois means it’s time for colds, flu and COVID! The Illinois State Medical Society (ISMS) has produced 30-second public service announcements (PSAs) with some straightforward recommendations on how your listeners can keep healthy.

ISMS also offers a 30-second evergreen message of why it’s important for your listeners to see a physician for their healthcare needs.  No other healthcare professional has the years of education and training that physicians have, which is why it’s important for people to have their own doctor that they can trust to take care of all their medical needs.

Serving all of Illinois and founded in 1840, ISMS is a nonprofit, member organization of physicians, medical graduates completing residency and fellowship programs, and medical school students. The mission of ISMS is to educate, advocate for, and support the health and wellbeing of the people of Illinois and the physicians who care for them.
