Radio PSAs: undiagnosed Crohnâs disease + ulcerative colitis stories
Radio + TV PSAs: undiagnosed Crohnâs disease + ulcerative colitis stories
Dear PSA Director,
The Crohnâs & Colitis Foundation is dedicated to finding cures for inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and improving the quality of life for patients. IBD, which includes both Crohnâs disease and ulcerative colitis, can affect people of all ages, ethnicities, and genders. Although countless people experience disease symptoms, many experience delays in getting a diagnosis because they are unaware of the disease or of the available options for help and treatment.
The Foundation launched their âSpill Your Gutsâ PSA campaign to teach viewers what IBD symptoms can look like, encourage those with symptoms to seek a diagnosis, and inspire necessary conversation about these often-invisible diseases. By sharing the Crohnâs & Colitis Foundationâs PSAs, youâre not only helping raise awareness of IBD, but youâre also encouraging those experiencing symptoms to seek an early diagnosis and treatment.
Please consider running one or multiple PSAs for TV or radio, which include:
⢠New: a radio PSA encouraging listeners to seek help for IBD symptoms
⢠Maria (TV), which features a young Hispanic woman managing undiagnosed IBD at school
⢠Olivia (TV), which features a Black womanâs commute to work with undiagnosed IBD
⢠Adam (TV), which features a white office worker seeking help for undiagnosed IBD
⢠Spill Your Guts (TV), which features multiple stories of life with undiagnosed IBD
Thank you for your consideration.
